About Pagana

What is Pagana?

The word Pagana came from a Maguindanaon word which means celebration. It is used for occasions such as birthdays, aquiqah, wedding or kalilang, thanksgiving or kanduli, and other gatherings with family, friends and relatives to bond.

A humble beginning in 2011, an idea coming into life – believing that ‘nothing can be turned into something’, from a loss turning into win comes forth a home-grown local restaurant featuring Maguindanaon local food as Pagana, hosting celebrations for family and guests and beyond.

Our Team

Local staff , a mix of tri people -Christians, IPs and Moro , truly Cotabateno. We have long-term staff who started with us, went abroad as OFW and came back to be with the team again.
